Terms & Conditions

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms also apply to the supply of all transportation services and other services booked via the website (https://iprochauffeur.com), telephone, email, or SMS.

• To acquire a quote or make a booking through our booking operator, the customer must give us full contact details, including full name, email address, and contact number.
• iPro Chauffeur request a minimum of 3 hours notice for any online bookings during office hours.
• If you would like to book a car with less than 3 hours notice – Please call our helpline: +44(0)1895 392552.
• We may provide subcontracted vehicles.
• By supplying your email address, you permit iPro Chauffeur Ltd to contact you via email, in return, we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
• We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

Safety and responsibilities

• iPro Chauffeur Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any natural disasters.
• The chauffeur will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
• iPro Chauffeur Ltd will make every effort to ensure that our vehicle(s) arrive on time.
• Our Chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
• iPro Chauffeur Ltd will keep a lost property at their office and endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle to the customer.
• We have the right to refuse to carry any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or any passenger(s).
• We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles; however, we will happily stop for smoke breaks if needed.
• Transportation of small pets is possible by prior arrangement with the iPro Chauffeur Ltd.
• iPro Chauffeur vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and iPro Chauffeur Ltd shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

Airport Transfers

• The airport transfer includes an hour of free waiting from the moment of the aircraft landing. Waiting at the airport for more than 1 hour from the moment of landing is paid according to the hourly rate.
• iPro Chauffeur Ltd tracks all flights.
• Transfer to the airport includes 15 minutes of free passenger waiting; waiting for more than 15 minutes is paid at the hourly rate.
• The transfer price includes a meeting of the client with a sign in the arrival hall and assistance with luggage.
• The transfer price does not include paid parking and toll roads.

Luggage policy

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger to our services with excess luggage. To avoid this, please inform us in advance to arrange a bigger car.

Delays

• iPro Chauffeur Ltd continually monitors flights information.
• If the flight information was not provided to us on time due to unforeseen circumstances and the Chauffeur already left the garage, the waiting time charge will be added. In case of an extreme delay, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure that your vehicle is available upon your arrival.

BOOKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

iPro Chauffeur Ltd are a TfL licensed private hire vehicle operator. As such, we only accept booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel directly from our clients/passengers. Our chauffeurs are not licensed to accept a booking request. Please only book via our website, email: info@iprochauffeur.com or telephone: 01895 392552.

The contract for all bookings is between the client/passenger (i.e: the company or person booking and paying for the transport service) and iPro Chauffeur Ltd.

iPro Chauffeur Ltd is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services.

iPro Chauffeur Ltd only accept payments directly. Our chauffeurs never collect fares.
Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to iPro Chauffeur Ltd.

iPro Chauffeur Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking with a passenger. All bookings are subject to availability.

PAYMENT TERMS

• VAT — All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.
• Payment Terms — All payments are due in full before any bookings are undertaken.
• Payment Methods — iPro Chauffeur Ltd accept most Credit or Debit cards including American Express. BACS transfers must be received before any bookings are undertaken. In some exceptional circumstances, the payment in cash will be available.
• Transaction fee is not included in the price of the Order.
• Changes to Bookings — Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking and address changes, will be charged additionally.
• All the fees are the same during the day, night, holidays, and weekends.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, all monies paid will be refundable.
• If a booking is cancelled by the Customer less than 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
• If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer, within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
• If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

COMPLAINTS SPEAK TO US

• If the customer has any complaints regarding iPro Chauffeur Ltd, the customer is encouraged to inform iPro Chauffeur Ltd as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the booking. Please contact our operator via email info@iprochauffeur.com or phone

• iPro Chauffeur Ltd will always try to facilitate an amicable solution to any complaint and may provide a refund or an account credit after the resolution of each case has been carefully looked into.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

• iPro Chauffeur Ltd guarantees its customers that all their personal data remains safe and private. Any personal data that customers supply to iPro Chauffeur Ltd upon booking by app, online, email or phone will be used by iPro Chauffeur Ltd in accordance with its privacy policy only.
• iPro Chauffeur Ltd do not store any credit card data.

FRAUD

• Fraud detection concerning online payments and prevention against any illegal activity; we retain the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if we suspect that the customer or the cardholder are involved in or associated with any fraudulent activity. Such suspicion might be based on the following actions:
• The customer cannot provide, when addressed, information about the itinerary such as full pick-up and destination addresses, full passenger name and contact number or any other obligatory prerequisites by the company.
• The cardholder did not authorise the payment and claims that the booking is fraudulent.
• There have been previous fraudulent activity/chargebacks by the customer or the cardholder.
• The information given during booking is inaccurate/incompetent/erratic or linked to fraudulent behaviour.
